Autumn Clarke is an Attorney at Relman Colfax. Autumn joined the firm in 2023 and practices in the civil rights counseling group.
Autumn’s practice entails advising financial institutions, tech companies, and other various entities on compliance and best practices regarding civil rights and antidiscrimination laws in areas such as fair lending, fair housing, and fair banking.
Prior to joining Relman Colfax, Autumn worked as a litigation associate at Mehri & Skalet, PLLC., where her practice focused on individual and class action matters, primarily involving civil rights, employment discrimination, whistleblowing, and consumer protection.
During law school, Autumn was a Peggy Browning Fund Fellow and held internships at the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law as well as the Montgomery County, MD Circuit Court. She also served as the Executive Communications & Development Editor for the Administrative Law Review, a student attorney in the Civil Advocacy Clinic, and the Vice President of the Black Law Students Association (BLSA). Autumn went on to serve as the Member-at-Large and the National Director for the Nelson Mandela International Negotiations Competition for the National Board of Directors of NBLSA.
