Lidia Shelley serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Relman Colfax, where she leads the firm's administrative and operational functions with a strong emphasis on efficiency, organizational culture, equity and mission impact. Since joining the firm in 2024, Lidia has been focused on advancing strategic initiatives across finance, human resources, IT, real estate, and daily operations.
With a strong background in nonprofit management, Lidia brings a career-long dedication to organizational excellence, social justice, and addressing systemic discrimination. Prior to Relman Colfax, she held key roles at the Vera Institute of Justice and the United Nations Headquarters, where she honed her expertise in driving meaningful change within complex organizations.
Originally from Moldova, Lidia enjoys preparing traditional Moldovan dishes, delighting her family and friends with the flavors of her heritage. She resides in the Washington, D.C. area with her husband and daughters.
